The Services are provided strictly as communication tools. Vynspire does not independently determine the purpose, content, or recipients of customer communications.

If you access or use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that:
You are authorized to act on behalf of that organization
You have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only:

5. App Terms (Messaging Integrations)
By connecting your account to the Vynspire Unified Inbox or any other Vynspire messaging product, you authorize Vynspire to access and process messaging data from supported third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp and Instagram) solely to provide messaging functionality on your behalf.
Vynspire processes such data only in accordance with:
Your instructions
Our Privacy Policy
Applicable third-party platform terms and policies
Vynspire does not use messaging data for advertising, profiling, data enrichment, or unrelated analytics.
Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their respective terms and policies.
6. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations
The Services integrate with third-party platforms, including Meta platforms such as WhatsApp and Instagram.
Vynspire does not control and is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party platforms. Access to and use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

When providing messaging services:
Vynspire acts as a data processor
Clients act as data controllers
Clients determine how and why customer data is processed
Vynspire processes data only to provide the Services, in accordance with client instructions, applicable laws, and platform requirements.
8. Platform Data Restrictions
Vynspire does not:
Sell Platform Data
Use Platform Data for advertising or marketing
Profile end users
Enrich Platform Data with third-party datasets
Platform Data is used solely to enable customer communication through the Services.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Platform Data is retained only:
For as long as necessary to provide the Services
As instructed by the client
As required by applicable law
Data may be deleted or anonymized upon client request or termination of the Services, unless retention is legally required.
Data Responsibility and Platform Data
Vynspire provides its Services as a technology platform for businesses. When processing customer communications through third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Vynspire acts as a data processor on behalf of its clients.
Clients remain responsible for determining the purposes and lawful basis for processing personal data obtained through their use of the Services. Vynspire processes such data only in accordance with client instructions, applicable laws, and platform policies.
11. Account Access and Security
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
Ensuring that only authorized users access the Services
You agree to notify Vynspire promptly of any unauthorized access or security incidents related to your account.
